Return and Exchange Information:


All reasonable returns of merchandise defective in material or craftsmanship are accepted for exchange or store credit for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unworn earrings are accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns only for replacement, exchange or store credit. Please review our policy below for instructions. Thanks!

DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL.

PLEASE NOTE: We care about you, all our customers, and our craftspeople. For health reasons, organic earrings and organic body jewelry that have been worn cannot be returned!

If you are not sure that the organic jewelry you received is the right size, or that you will like the way it looks, don't try it on!



WHAT TO DO:

BEFORE you send an item to us for exchange or replacement, you must email us at sales@OrganicEarrings.com with the following information so we can figure how to handle your return:



1. Please tell us why you are returning the item and what happened to it if it is damaged, AND SEND US A PHOTO OF IT. This is so we can better serve you and improve the quality of our products for you and everyone in the future and will not affect the status of your return. We will provide you with the best quality service we can offer.

2. The original copy of the receipt we emailed to you and/or your Order Number, or tell us where you bought it if it was not ordered on our website.

3. The item number of the product you want to send back to us.

4. The item number of the product that you would like in exchange. Please include a second choice in the event your first choice is not available.

5. Your phone number, email address, and address that you want the item shipped to.

We will contact you to approve your return, and give you the proper address to send it to. DO NOT SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL unless we tell you to, it may not be the correct one, and your goods could be forever lost!

We recommend that you use insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we receive your return. *We are not responsible for goods lost in the mail!
